Data collection
The current Magic Tambourine iOS app does not require an account or login. It does not send personal information, motion readings, or usage analytics to the developer. It has no advertising or third-party analytics SDK and does not track users across apps or websites. There is no developer-operated account server for the app.
On-device processing
Motion sensors on your iPhone recognize strikes and shakes. Preferences, including sensitivity, sound, haptics, Sound Protection, selected style, and handle direction, are stored locally. The production app does not record or upload sensor traces. It does not access your microphone, photos, contacts, or location.
Apple purchases
Apple processes in-app payments and offer-code redemption. The app uses StoreKit to verify purchase entitlements so styles can be unlocked or restored. The developer does not receive payment card details. Apple’s processing is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
Support email
If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to and resolve your inquiry, not for advertising. Avoid sending sensitive information. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us; information required to meet legal obligations may be retained.
This website
This website has no account, payment, or contact-entry forms and uses no advertising, visitor analytics tools, or tracking cookies. The hosting provider may process access logs containing IP addresses, access times, and browser information to operate and secure the service. Store and other external links are governed by the respective service’s privacy policy. Your selected language is stored only in your browser for future visits.
